How to clear your browser cookies

Clearing Cookies

Follow the below directions if you wish to clear your cookies. This might be required if you are having problems logging in to certain services or using certain applications at GoBIGmedia.

Internet Explorer 5.x

1. Click on Tools in the menu bar
2. Under Tools, select Internet Options
3. Click the Delete Files... button. Macintosh users: You may be given the option to delete individual cookies, rather than all of the cookies - if so, delete the cookie named "GoBIGmedia.com" or "wm.GoBIGmedia.com" or "webmail.GoBIGmedia.com"
4. Click OK

Internet Explorer 6.x

1. Click on Tools in the menu bar
2. Under Tools, select Internet Options
3. Click the Delete Cookies... button and then click OK

Netscape 6.x

1. Click on Edit in the menu bar
2. Under Edit, select Preferences
3. Double-click on Advanced
4. Click on Cache
5. Click the Clear Memory Cache button
6. Click the Clear Disk Cache button

Netscape 7.x

1. Click on Edit in the menu bar
2. Under Edit, select Preferences
3. Click Manage Stored Cookies

1. Highlight the cookie "GoBIGmedia.com" or "wm.GoBIGmedia.com" or "webmail.GoBIGmedia.com"
2. Click Remove Cookie, then OK

Safari (Macintosh)

1. Choose "Preferences" from the Safari menu.
2. Click the "Security" tab on the Advanced Preferences screen:

1. Click "Show Cookies" on the Security screen.

1. Scroll down to find the "GoBIGmedia.com" or "wm.GoBIGmedia.com" or "webmail.GoBIGmedia.com"
2. Select the cookie, and click the Remove button.
3. Click "Done," then click the red close box to close preferences.
